DLA worked closely with city staff, local business owners and design team professionals from early planning stages through construction on this important downtown project. DLA was instrumental in developing the overall concept and historic aesthetic for streetscape improvements. We also met with business owners to develop site specific solutions for the public spaces just outside their doors. Vacancy rates are down and the project has triggered private investment, pedestrian activity and building renovations throughout the streetscape area.
